easiest, cheapest, full size bumper to make
what style would be the cheapest and easiest to make without too much cutting/welding/bending that would be full length and look good?

I would say the 2x6 tubing style bumper, all you really have to do is make extended brackets and weld them to a piece of cut 2x6 tubing. From there you could do a few extra thing to make it more practical or flush to the front clip
