durango pittman arm?
Hi all. My nephews 88XJ has a NASTY steering box, so we picked up a box from a 99 durango v8 4x4 and its in great shape! The question is, can we use the stock XJ pittman arm on the durango steering box? I would love to use the bigger arm but what tie rod(?) end would I need to make the durango pittman arm work? H won't be doing any heavy off roading in his jeep. Thanks in advance.

IIRC, the Durango pitman arm will not work and you will need to mount the XJ pitman arm on the Durango box. I'm not 100% positive on that though.

I got a durango steering box that was missing a pitman. my stock xj pitman arm popped right on there perfect fit
but it doesnt say anything about having to swap the pitman in this write up
