yeah I know, I'm actually probably going to become a Harco Deputy, and right now I got some buddies in the agency, but I'm pretty sure long as I have mirrors I'm good. Ganna ask around though to make sure as a I dont want to get a ticket because I plan on being a cop.

In PA you can only be doorless if the vehicle comes from the factory that way. You aren't allowed to modify your hinges to make it that way.
Im in Pa and I drove around last summer doorless without a problem and passed a few cops, but just got pulled over in my 240sx last week so they could check my window tint. now I have tube doors with mirrors for this summer so ill see how that goes.

i have cops all the time pull up next to me and compliment me on the no doors. i have been pulled over with no doors but it was for speeding and the cops took some pics haha. i also dont run any mirrors because in IL the law states that you need atleast one mirror and the rearview mirror on the windshield counts as your one mirrror. they have never questioned me before when i got pulled over.

what about falling out in a roll over situation? never understood the doorless and/or chopped look. i guess its a want to be wrangler thing but to me it seems silly. i suppose there is some advantage to being able to look at what you are driving over but besides that i see no positives to it, especially in a driver

And I consider the visual advantage of being able to see more a HUGE positive

Now, on the other hand... Having a doorless, chopped XJ strictly for a trail rig is freakin amazing. Being able to see 359 degrees is awesome!
