Default door removal (2door)

So I'm in the process of removing my doors... I've finished the passenger side by cutting the bottom of the hinge off and adding a bolt kinda like the wranglers door. Yet the doors arnt alligning correctly even though I traced the hinges and replaced them perfectly and it's alot more of a pain in the rear to put back on and take off then I expected. Does anyone know were I went wrong or could tell me an Easter way to remove the doors?

Just loosen the 3 bolts on each hinge and then loosen the part the latch latches onto and open and close your door a few times

Tighten the screws back up and it should be good

I would say removable doors on a 2dr is not the best idea because they are so heavy and every 2dr ive owned and seen has the hinges ripped off the A-pillars or welded back on. You cant go by where the hinges were before you cut them, you have to hang and realign the doors.
