I hear you on the 5 speed, relatively hard to find one with 5 speed.

when I originally joined this forum, I had found a 2wd 6cyl that was ultra nice, but passed, due to not wanting that big of a project, especially since I dont have a place to work that is level, or not rocky.

a guy is parting out a 1989 with a 5spd in nc on the craigslist, but I know thats probably way too far to drive after, I know to drive from here to other side of Illinois to visit step daughter is 750 or so miles, so figure 500+ miles to NC.

 

Yaa Im going to sell my little jeep it makes me so sad though but I need something and need the money to get me something that works i dont have the time or space to build hopefully i can trade it for an old enduro until i can have enough to buy this one

the 96 I found was 5sp, but 4cyl, but was 1 owner, all paperwork since new, new tires, & extremely nice & was $1,100 so, I had to buy it, no plans to go to a 6 yet, maybe when the engine wears out. unless I get a modding bug?

 

ya i want thins one so badly, it was funny though when i asked to look under the hood he told me if I can figure out how to i can and since my hood release snapped i know just how to do it haha
