Default DIY winch bumper with light bar added

Before you get to critical just know this is my first welding project and the first time bending tube. It may not be the purdiess thing around but she can take some abuse.

I think it looks great, you should get many miles out of that. I'd like to build something similar for my 98.

Design and fit look good. The welds around the shackle mounts are kind of iffy. I would suggest grinding those down and run a couple more passes around them. Assuming the welds are solid on the shackle mount to frame mounts are solid, then it is purely cosmetic. To achieve better looking welds, flip the bumper up so you are welding flat, rather than running a vertical weld.
