No experience with either but the dirtbound comes with a shroud.

I'm going to be ordering from dirtbound soon. Mainly because my stock e-fan is scrap and so is my fan clutch. I figure I might as well pay the difference and do an upgrade.

No need for this if its a DD IMO... look at my sig and then upgrade the fan clutch with one from a ZJ and you'll be good to go

Well I've been having a lot of trouble with heat soak and random cyl misfires. Everyone that does an e-fan conversion seems to have solved that problem...

I did the dirtbound fan conversation and it helped a lot with heat soak and it keeps me a lot cooler much easier than before
