Death wobble can not find the answer anywhere
A sway bar won't cause it,A steering stabilizer will only mask death wobble not cure it.Ok matt you said you replaced 2 ball joints and one u joint right? What shape of the other ball joints and u joint ?What about both unit bearings ?The list of parts that can cause death wobble is anything on the whole front suspension. In your case is kinda thinking its the stock track bar.Yeah some people get away with a stock one at 3 inches but most aftermarket adjustable ones start at 3 inch lift. And honestly i rather have a adjustable one so you can get everything perfect which you can't do with a stock one.
So to update things i have tried
Replaced bad balljoints
Replaced bad tie rod end
Aligned and corrected caster
Balanced tires (took 4 ounce aprox each)
Tried moving track bar hole 3/4 in made it worse and returned to orignal hole. Not wallowed out
Replaced steering box
Rplaced u joint.
Replaced steering stabilizer
Replaced lcas with good ones i had layong around
Replaced all shocks
This is getting fustrating..

[QUOTE=MoparNJeep;3322382]Tires out of balance has not even been mentioned and will cause DW. Inner/outer tie rods should be checked with someone turning the wheel and another person looking. This is usually it from what I have seen. Also your toe adjustment being really off can cause DW. Easy to measure and check.
Bad wheel bearings should be checked also. Jack up the jeep and grab the tire at the bottom and the top and try to rock it top to bottom. Should be solid, if not then need to replace unit bearing
Steering stabilizer will not cause or fix DW.[/QUOTE
Now i cant say 100% that a steering stabilizer can/cant cause death wobble, but i can tell you that a broken stabilizer (limited rebound and absorption) will cause death wobble. It bats back and forth like its dribbling the wheels, this was the very source and only corrected measure in fixing my death wobble.
Aside OP said all shocks were replaced.

Did DW occur before installing new shocks? If a shock is loose your in for a ride after 40 mph.
Unitbearings/hubs good/ bad?
Drag link ? if your replacing tie rod ends you might as well get the drag ling replaced.
LCA good you say, ok and UPCA?
youll find it!

If you are lifted 3.5" you need a adjustable track bar . the track bar needs to be the same length and angle as your steering . until you get that right you will have problems . you spent enough money . I would try the adjustable track bar .

My bets on the TRE. I'm in the same boat as you buddy. Literally done everything except TREs and I still have it.
I did,
Steering box
Ball joints
Both Wheel Hubs
both ujoints
All Control Arm Bushings
Tires Balanced
New adjustable Track bar and bracket
HD steering stabilizer
It wasn't till I did all this that the weak spot in a TRE started to pop when I watched underneath while someone turned the wheel. It looked and felt fine before but didn't show up till later after all the above work. Good luck

My son has a 2000 XJ that is completely stock and it had DW. It turned out to be a sticking brake caliper. We replaced both calipers and he has been good for about 3 months now.

Sorry man, got to toss this out there. I had a steering stabilizer CAUSE death wobble. When I finally pulled the stab off, it had a...worn? spot in the middle of the throw. It pushed thru it's range smoothly, except for this 1 section, it felt like it was full of gravel. Put the new stab on and it drove fine for another 40K miles, until I retired that rig with 312,000 miles on it.
And, yes, I checked bearings, replaced the shocks, rebalanced tires (stockers), checked the ball joints, and the tie rod ends, and, and and... Everything else was fine.
So, yes, it can cause Death Wobble. Is it a common cause? Beats me. Like I said, that XJ had over 260,000 miles on it when it happened. Stabilizer looked factory...may have been the original.
And yes, I know this is an on going argument! lol
Cheers!
