It happens when I hit a large bump on one side or a series of large bumps.
I have new fixed lower control arms for my lift height, new BJs, new hubs, new tires that are balanced with equal air pressure, new IRO double shear TB, new IRO OTK HD steering, new SYE, new drive shafts, new shocks, and just got it aligned. Everything seems tight.
The only thing that wasn't replaced were the upper control arms; but there isn't any slop in them. Also I don't have a steering stabilizer.
Can anyone help?

Sounds more like bump steer than death wobble. Usually that comes from the steering angles and track bar angles not being close enough, worn steering components or too steep of a drag link angle. You say you have OTK steering, is it a crossover style and if so it has roll steer due to it's design and can make bump steer more noticable. The solid block that is used in JCRs design can help and you can make them yourself.

Not sure if the angles are too much but will bump steer cause the entire Jeep to shake violently until you slow down to a crawl? It feels like the steering wheel is going to shake back and forth right out of my grip. Also with IROs steering, they use Heims instead of tres. Could that be culprit? I will get a pic of the geometry and post it up.

I'm running heims on mine and don't have any issues so doubt that's it unless they are worn out.
Bump steer will mimic death wobble but death wobble doesn't need a bump it just happens, usually at certain speeds.
Has it been aligned since you put on the OTK steering? I toe mine in just a little to help with bump steer issues.

Here is what the steering looks like. Does everything look correct? Angles? The drag link and the tie rod have movement to them by hand. I assumed this was normal due to the Heims.

With that setup you'll get a bit of roll steer as well but not bump steer. Angles look good. If I had to guess I say it was a caster issue. If the tires are toed out it'll cause this as well.
