I installed a 3.5" DPG Off Road OME lift (OME leafs, coils and shocks), new UCA and LCA with all new bushings, and JKS track bar... still had death wobble. I have run 2 different sets of rims/tires on it, had the tires balanced and wheels aligned multiple times... still had death wobble. I have had my local mechanic check out the front end and I have spent several nights looking for play in my front end and every thing looks very tight. Is my next step to replace all my tie rod ends, track bar and hubs even if they appear to be in great shape?
Ideas ?
What is the castor set to?

1996sportXJ and lowrange2 thanks for your advice. I have been battling the wobble ever since I got my xj a year ago, and I think I have read just about every post regarding it. So far I have replaced all the control arm bushings, driver side hub and ball joint attached to the pitman arm. I have had stock tires on stock aluminum rims and 31" BFG KM2 on steelies on my xj and I have had the same death wobble with both even after wheel alignment and balance. All my balljoints are very tight but at this point I might just say **** it and replace them.

Questions...

What should my caster be with 3.5" lift and 31" tire (will be going 33" very soon)?

I replaced my driver side hub 6 months ago should I have replaced the passenger side right way?

Could a slightly worn hub cause death wobble?

Any one have any suggestions, besides the obvious canned answer "replace wore out parts"?
