Default death wobble at 20mph why?? :(

So got a quick questions I read a few threads already and got a list of stuff to check but Im just wondering what might be causing this. I installed a 3in lift on my 98 cherokee a couple months back. I didnt do a transfer case drop which I probably should and will do it now. Before the shaking was not that bad but now as soon as I hit 20-30mph it feels like the jeep is gona fall apart, when I hit 70mph its smooth. When I installed the lift I also installed adjustable track bar and new steering stabilizer.

Just want to ask what stuff I should check first so I dont blow my money replacing parts. I was thinking maybe I should do the transfer case drop to reduce the angle on the driveshaft.

what do you guys suggest ?

Could be the track bar has gotten loose. Friend's jeep had the same issue. Make sure it's all tight. Youtube has a TON of issues and fixes, give it a go.

Have you had a alignment since the lift?
