anyone else have non existent dash lights? I have checked everything out behind the dash and all the bulbs are intact, but nothing lights up.. and appears to be wired all up still

Yes u have all working brake lights, turn signals, the heater controls and all that works... the rear windsheild wiper doesnt, cigarette lighter i replaced with a new one, clock doesnt work either, but that was also unplugged and removed.
