Dana 44 seals

So ive almost got this thing full rebuilt and back together. Im a little stumped because i cant seem to find an item or part number for an outter axle seal. By outter seal i mean like a seal at the end of the axle tube where the shaft slides in. i can find inner axle seals, spindle seal, hub and wheel seals all day, but ive got those already. Maybe the front 44 doesnt hjave outter axle tube seals...

? or maybe i need to search by a different name? hopefully someone here can clue me in a little so i can get this project rolling already!

yeah im pretty sure a front d44 doesnt have outer seals

You didn't specify front or rear but given a rear is more common with XJ's....the rear has outer axle seals at the axle. http://www.xtremeterrain.com

any local parts store should have them.

yeah he did. he said front. they dont have outer seals. just "dust" covers on the shafts. but those are useless.
