Default Dana 30 Truss

so i have a high pinion dana 30 with Iron Rock sleeves welded in and i wanted some opinions on weather just doing a gusset truss on the top would be good enough or if i should just do a full box truss.
I am runnung 33s now but will be going to 35s soon.

The gusset truss will take up any forces attempting to bend the axle, but the box truss protects the housing from torsional flex as well.

IMO I would definitely do a box truss.

IRO's truss is awesome. Just thought ide throw that out there. Comes with some cool features.(Coil spring retainers, moves shocks to better location, more than one hole for track bar, gussets for Cs) Really well thought out.

Artec industries truss you build it as you go on the axle welding the inside and outside. I got that and mini skids for $140 from 4wheelparts last week and installed it last weekend.

That IRO truss is pricey. I have tentative plans of making one out of 2x6 cut in half.

I can't wait to buy my IRO D35 truss one day, 1/4" thick full truss for just $100.

Because it'll be cheaper to mildly upgrade it and not worry running 33s than swap out an entire axle. Plan is to get alloy shafts and iro truss, already have a solid cover for it.

I have their rear for my 44. much easier to install than the front lol. The raised bumpstop plates are nice.

I know they are the same product, how do you like it? And that's what those plates are on the end of the truss? I was curious about that.
