Hey everyone I have a 2000 xj with the low pinion dana 30 front axle. I ordered 4.56 gearing to replace the factory gearing. I know I need to replace the front carrier. I was looking at a Yukon carrier but everything I've read said the center pin hole was too small. Does anyone have any carrier recommendations? I don't do any hardcore offroading so i won't be adding lockers.

The Yukon carrier works fine in my Dana 30, I did have to slightly enlarge the hole with a die grinder but that's no big deal.

Not sure what you mean the center pin hole is too small. Yukon sells quality parts and if you replace the carrier you should also replace the cross pin while you are there. Whoever sold you the gears should also be able to supply the carrier and cross pin.
