Every truck sits different, but expect at least an inch.

You may not be 100% sure til you put the rubber on the truck.

You would prolly just have to remove your flares. It all depends on wheel backspacing though, on stock rims a lot of 31's rub the lower controls arm at full turn. If you put them on rims with lower backspacing you wont rub the LCA's anymore but you'll rub the fenders a bit more, leading to a bit of trimming possibly. You can always extend bumpstops if you rub a bit during flex, but unless you really don't want to trim, just trim the fenders a bit and make sure to seal it up and keep rust away.

With 31" tires n 3" lift my driver side tire rubs depending on angle I turn. I need to trim about an inch so expect more than that. (or up your lift to 3" im glad I didn't go any smaller)

i say follow the body line in the front make your self some room to stuff the tire

out back pizza cut the lip and beat the hell out of it with a hammer to bed the lip into the wheel well as not to damage the pinch seam.

What is the largest tire you can put under a 2001 xj with a 2" lift without rubbing?

Looks like it'd rub the rears if it flexed much.
