I have spent countless hours searching for the perfect door speaker pods. I don't want them to stick out so far and I don't want them to be at any extreme angles and I want to go with a larger size speaker too. Any ideas? I also do not want to make them my self.

Then how the hell is this in any way related to fabrication? Chat or modified would be more appropriate....

For what? Front doors? 6.5s fit if you open them up and use the grills from the new speakers in old doors, and in new doors they fit even easier. You can fit 6.5s in a rear hatch or a rear soundbar. Putting speakers in a rear door would be useless bc you're throwing sound in your feet and they make pods for the front, I know crutchfield carries them.

You can make 6.5" speakers fit in the doors with some creative massaging of the steel, speaker bar is even easier
