Crushed exhaust with diff

Default Crushed exhaust with diff
I crushed in my exhaust right under the collector on my 1998 cherokee with a 4.5 rough country lift and 33's, it was either crushed with the front diff or the LF UCA
anyone else have this happen and what did you do to fix it
also do you think its safe to drive like this for a bit

Well, I could be wrong about where I'm looking but there IS a crush in the downpipe from the factory
