Default control arm bushings

Hey guys. I have a cherokee with rustys long arms which uses oem control arm bushings. I have never replaced the factory bushings. Do you have to press the old ones out or cut them out with a torch or what? How do you get the new ones in? Press? Hopefully I don't have to take my long arms off in order to use a press

Lol someone told me to use a Ball joint press but I looked today and it doesn't look like the back where it goes to the cross member is actually factory bushings. Hard to tell without taking it off but does anyone know?
