Default coil spring bend

i have 4.5 coil springs on my xj, and the drivers side has a slight bend to it when it is sitting on level ground and at the height it should be. the passenger side it straight.
is this any cause for concern?

Lets get some info here. Is you axle centered left to right? When you lifted to 4.5" coils did you also get a adjustable Trackbar, or are you on the stocker? Did you do an alignment after the lift? Do you have adjustable or fixed aftermarket LCA?

^ What he said. If its bending left or right (towards the driverside or passenger side) then its the track bar. If its bending forward and back then its your control arm length. Should be pretty obvious if you back up and look at your axle position.

I don't think he means bent like at a angle... I think he means bent... like bent... bowed over... them being at a angle would mean these things but bowed over like I'm thinking... from being worn or stretched to bad... see it alot...

I have replaced many sets of spring for this same reason?

To the OP. The answer to your question is, YES.... Now we need to determine the cause. Unless you want 10000000000 different guesses. i suggest you post pics and do some more describing of your set-up and problem.

That definitely happens but you know at 4.5", without long enough arms, the coil bows back to the axle position
