Clunking in the rear
I have a 1999 xj 4x4. Ever since I lifted it I have been noticing a clunking noise in the rear when I go over a hard bump, it get worse as I go faster and hit bumps in the road. The jeep has 206,000 miles on it, 3inch rough country series 2 lift with new full leaf springs from them. Before I lifted it I installed new tie-rod ends, all u-joints, and ball joints. Any ideas? I have access to lift at work( I'm a mechanic by trade).
Thanks Chris

...u-bolts, broken leafs, bushings, shocks. don't know what to tell ya. if something is loose or busted/broken/bent/boogered back there, you should be able to find it once you get under there.
btw, i had shocks that clunked in the back before my lift. i've also had two broken leafs that clunked, and i had a spring clamp come loose and cause a clunk. you just gotta look.
