My stock Dana 35 should be a time bomb but it hasn't given my any problems with the V8. They live with modded 4.0's and 35's. If you have a heavy foot, then you'll have problems.

I wonder if most of those that have problems have their foot buried in the throttle all the time... just wondering...

You silly people. The Dana 35 is the toughest axle ever built! I could run a modded 6bt cummins with the 35 easy!
