Default Cherokee 6.5 Inch lift requirements

I am currently running 2 inch axle blocks in the rear and 2 inch coil puck spacers up front in my 2001 60th anniversary edition Cherokee. I have a ton of questions about adding a 4.5 inch rough country. Everything but the 2 inch lift is stock.
I want to leave the blocks and pucks in and add this 4.5 AAL.

http://www.roughcountry.com/jeep-suspension-lift-kit-623n2.html

This will be a 6.5 inch lift all together. I plan on getting a new steering stabilizer and slapping 33's under it.

Questions:

Will the transfer case drop with the 4.5 be enough considering the 2 inches already there?

Will the fixed lower control arms with the kit fit okay considering the 2 inches?

Do I need new upper control arms?

I don't want a long arm. Will I have to do drop brackets?

Considering it's an AAL what kind of lift will I get out of it in the rear?

Will I NEED a new drive shaft?
Wil I NEED an SYE?
Will I NEED an adjustable track bar?
Is there anything else I will NEED?

I don't care how bumpy the ride is I just don't want to severely damage anything. This is my daily driver but I wheel it occasionally, no rock climbing (drop bracket will be fine). I am trying to be cheap here, so if I don't absolutely need it I don't want it. Any insight would be appreciated.
Thanks

As much as you hate to hear it, in my and many others opinion, if your going to lift it(especially 6.5) you should do it right and not cheap out and skimp by. My $0.02

I should've worded my post a bit better. I plan on doing all of the above eventually. I just can't drop all that cash at one time. So what I really need to know is what has to be done immediately so that I don't damage my jeep.

I highly recommend a real track bar. You'll also want steering too, you'll be clapping TRE's left and right

You won't like riding like a dump truck for very long. Short arms took all the joy out of driving my jeep daily. Just add the 4" lift and cut your fenders, ditch the pucks and blocks. at least it will be manageable

If you want advice on how to do things badly, go post on FB...

My advice is save your money, take your time, and do it right. Blocks with an AAL is no bueno. That high of a lift with a TC drop is no bueno. You need a SYE. You need an adjustable trackbar. You need a new driveshaft. Forget the RC lift.

Can it be done? I guess, others have done it...then they do it the right way later, so why spend money twice?

Why are you trying so hard to be cheap?

The CA drop bracket won't make the angle low enough with a 6.5?

All the kit items are for 4.5" lift, they won't fit or be useless at 6.5".

You need all new suspension sized appropriately to do that height. Not 2" blocks and an Add-A-Leaf. The front axle will be totally screwed without proper control arms and track bar.

Along with all of the above I'm sure that your not planning on running stock size tires so a gear change will be needed also, and with them you might as well add the lockers no extra labor while doing the gears.

If money is a big issue now leave it alone till you have saved several grand ++ to do it right.

You can get a xj front drive shaft and a hack in tap instead of sye.
Get some control arm drop brackets or cheap adjustable lowers. You can get parts separately and end of with a better lift and less cash. Shocks are a must.

Really you can just do springs and shocks and it will be fine and ride like crap.

If your interested in piecing together something instead of that cheap 4.5" lift I can send you links for a good setup for cheap for that lift height. That is quality parts and you can just add as you go..

Front brake lines can be moved and rear brake line will need replaced as well.

Don't do a t case drop. Hack in tap is easy and cheap. You can get degree shims for rear axle that will kill most your vibes if you don't want to do a hack in tap.

I get not having the cash all at once and wanting to get lift done. Really it's doable without spending a ton of cash all at once. Just know it will not ride good but many have done it just fine

I spending money twice because I don't have 1500 to drop all at one time. I can get an SYE and a new Drive shaft and a track bar.
What do you suggest instead of a Transfer case drop?
And why should I forget about the lift? The point of this post was to figure out what I need to do, not be told to give up on it haha

The kit only comes with lower control arms and a TC drop lot. What exactly would be useless?

drop brackets will put you in range. Just please don't get yours through RC. They are a scary weak design and put a large amount of unnecessary leverage on your frame. I've seen 1 or 2 quality kits, I think I saw an old one from teraflex that looked awesome. but once you've gotten new short arms and drop brackets, you might as well have just gotten long arms...

The tc case drop and control arms. Like he said, you need ALL NEW suspension at that height, it's not as simple as just lower control arms and a drop bracket.

Here's a concept: it's called saving and being patient. Lolz

My jeep has been through 4 suspensions...stock, a crap puck and block setup put in by the previous owner that cracked my leaves in half, a junkyard bastard pack and coils I put on with RC short arms to get it roadworthy, and am now currently doing stiffeners and 3 link with RE components. I pieced my current lift together over two years, and did other mods one at a time to get to that point. So take it from me, cheaping out isn't the way to go.

Slow down, do some research about what needs to happen, take your time, and do it right...
