Cheap mods
I couldn't find a thread for this so I decided I'd make a thread exclusively for mods that are under $150
Lighting would be the first thing that comes to mind you can pick up some decent aux lights for about $50-100 keep in mind these are no kc's or Hellas by any measure but for the price you can't beat it and you aren't out a crap load of cash if you bash them up on the trail
Third brake light. I decided I wanted a third brake light on my jeep and well the led light of a jk that rests on top of the spare mounts perfectly on a roof rack and I only paid $15 at the local junk yard.
Horns. Lets face it the horns on our xjs sound like a dying goat simple fix! As much as we would all love some horn blasters who can seriously swing $400+ on horns? Well wolo has a set with a small compressor for about $40 these are the ones with the longer horns which sound much better then there cheaper short horned kit.
Here's a free one. Simply disco your front sway bar, but if your not comfortable with it on the road pick up some quick discos for about $70 although its much cheaper to make your own. Although do not do this unless you are lifted (stiffer front coils) and are extremely comfortable with how a lifted vehicle handles. This will help tremendously off road.
That's really all I have for now I'm sure some other users have great ideas so let's hear them!

You can also add a 3rd brake light to your trail hitch and it just slides in no mounting required

Not really a "mod" but all of my MOLLE projects are under $20. There's a whole thread on them : https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f67/al...roject-146708/
