Long and skinny of it are the shoes needed after putting in adjustable arms? Mine for way tight with them in to the point I have to beat the holy hell out of the arm to get it to fit into the bracket. I need to grease them again and am not looking forward to trying to fit them back in. I figure if they aren't needed then I can nut and bolt the cad brackets together very simply.

I used them since the Cad brackets are slotted the alignment shoe was needed to keep my adj control arms from moving back and forth in the drop brackets.
YMMV

Guntar,
How handy are you with a welder? I have the RE CAD brackets and also didn't want to use the adjusters so I welded washers, one on the inside to take up the gap for the missing adjuster and a thicker one on the outsides to locate the arm. I am using Metalcloak adjustable arms btw.
