Default C clips and Truetracs

I just had a Detroit Truetrac LSD installed in my 8.25 rear end. I need to pull the axle shafts to do a disc brake swap and I'm looking for some info about the c clips.
As far as I know, the LSD doesn't have a cross pin. It has an inspection cover held on by a snap ring. My question has to do with the c clips.

Can anyone that has an actual understanding of the Truetrac tell me the process for removing the c clips? What do I remove so I can push the shafts in?

Im just nervous I'll mess something up and gears will start falling out haha.

Thanks for the help.

You remove the inspection cover and there is a block in the center that keeps the axles in place. Take the block out then you can push the axles in and remove the c clips.

Ok. Thanks a bunch. Anything tricky about getting it back in?

Not really its just a spacer basically. You will need a pair of internal snap ring pliers to get the cover off.

Ok. Thanks a bunch. I have a set of snap ring pliers that have different tips you can put on. Surely one of the tips will work.
