Default Buying wheels, What backspacing do i need??

I plan on purchasing a set of crager soft 8's here pretty soon. Ill be installing a 4.5" lift after that with some 33x10.50x15 bfg's. What backspacing will i need to get the wheels in? Thanks.

I had the same tire/wheel combo and got 4.5 BS on my soft 8's...Tj

I agree 4.5" backspacing. This will also keep your options open for wider tires in the future

from my research they only make 4.00 and 4.75 bs in a 15x8

i would go with the 3.75 bs soft 8's.

15x8 with 3.75 BS and 10.50" BFGs. They will stick out 1" past fender flares.

The catch is --- if you upgrade to the heavy duty cross over steering. Back spacing more than 4" will rub on the knuckle on a hard left turn. That's what my stock 5" bs wheels did, 3.75 clear nicely.

If you want to keep your options open go with 3.75 or 4.

Watch for offset too. Mine have 3 1/2 I think and a -13 offset. With 31s they stick out about 2-3 inches from the flare
