Ya the picture is when I am at full stuff. I was simply wondering the best way to ensure the bumpstops actually come in contact with the pucks. They are setup to the right height. My caster is set properly. Limiting straps would only help limit my flex which would not be what I want to do right now.
I ended up sticking some washers on one side to shim the pucks so they lean more to the side. I attached some before and after pictures of one side.
Hopefully this helps I will report back after testing. If not I guess I might just upgrade and go to some progressive stops or air stops.

Are those pics at ride hight? If so, it looks like you'r caster is off. I know you said it isnt, but it looks like you have too much caster. It may just be the pic though.
These may solve your problem.

I decided to use this as an excuse to go wheeling again today haha. Here are the results of angling the pucks more outward.
That's the most I could get it to flex. So good for now. I guess I need to find a bigger rock haha.
Thanks for the help guys.

mine did the same thing. i have custom adjustable bumpstops on the axle that would do the exact same thing and be useless. i welded them on an angle outwards so that they would contact on flex, again similar to what you did. only downfall is that the spring rubs on the them pretty good on the downtravel so they make a lot of noise. oh well.

one way to help solve that, is to extend the top down and remove some of the lower extensions. if you removed the 3" puck on the bottom, and added in a 3" on the top it would hit just fine.
