Rustoleum flat black. RE paint my bumper about twice a year since it will fade a little bit. I've hit it on trees, rocks, and the sides of wash outs, come home and prep and paint it again.

I use the Rustoleum 2X primer with a Rustoleum satin black. It doesnt get all blotchy when it gets wet and or dirty.

Zero rust. Used it on my wheels and bumper, has held up like a champ. That is with living on the cost and wheeling at the beach.

I have tried the hammered black on my bumpers. Next to the end caps that are painted with Rusto bumper/trim black paint it looked like a very dark gunmetal gray. I didn't like it so I just used the same paint as the caps. On a positive note the hammered paint went on nicely and looked good otherwise.

That **** would peel off every time I went wheeling. To each their own I suppose.

I like the rusto Hammered stuff, I painted my old front axle with it and it seemed to hold up well. That or rusto satin enamel, pretty tough provided you prep well and apply a good primer, I use self etching primer on bare metal..

I HATE krylon gloss paint..... chips very easy and I have run into some issues with application. (aside from the camo colors, I painted my whole jeep tan with that stuff.)
