First decide how you want to provide the air.

Few ways. Tanks? Electric pump? AC compressor? Balloon?

If you want to go the compressor/tank route, I can shed some light on that. Good for tires and short bursts (~50-70% duty cycle) of air tools.

Like mentioned previously... What do you want to do with it?

Here is my arb under hood. Will air up 33 tire from 12 to 25 in approx 1 to 1.5 min.

I want to be able to air up & down and air tools. I dont know which way to go or what way is the best. I am however not worried at which way will be easiest, only at which way will be the best.

I vote balloon.
But really my oba with my AC pump airs up my 35's in under a min from 8psi to 35psi

Iro has a nice on board air kit it's 100% duty cycle too I believe ..
