Blower motor

Blower motor
So i have a 2004 jeep grand Cherokee overland that the blower motor will not shut off. I can turn off the jeep with the keys out and it still runs. I have changed the blower motor resistor twice. Still no solution still having to unplug the resister by hand what other factors should i be looking for? As far as i know there is no resistor for the blower motor in this jeep atleast i can't find info for one, yet they sell one at napa. Any and all suggestions welcomed.
