Default Bilstein shocks for THAT jeep for THIS one?

I will have a four inch lift soon, upgrading from my puck/aal assisted 3.5" kit. I want to stay a 4" lift. Now I want Bilstein 5100's. The only ones I see for THAT heights at for a 2007-2009 JK. Will they work with bar pin adapters, or are vehicle weights reall far off and I am asking for trouble?

I got hooked up from seriousoffroad. I have the 5100's coming for a 4-6", Cherokee. I didn't know they made them in that lift for the Chrokee, so I am eagerly waiting their arrival.
