so i installed xentec bi xneon hids in the jeep cam with relay harness which i hooked up. they operate like normal hi/lo workes. they have a little magnet on the back of the bulb which moves the bulb forward for hi's. issue i am having is when i have the lights on and facing my garage you can see the beam moving slightly. i know my headlights or the bulb aint loose. they just move up and down and sometimes side to side. i can clearly see the beam moving maybe the magnet is bad. and the passenger side flickers a little. what could be the issue. sorry for the long post just stating whats going on. all grounds are tight. but i have the ballast behind the bulbs maybe the ballast is interfering with the magnet....

It sounds like the cheap xentec kit you have has the typical flutter. I have the same cheap Chinese kit in my Sierra and they do the the exact and same thing you are talking about.

Yea but i hooked up my old set of hid not bi xenon just lows to the set and they didnt do that flutter. The company been good to me and they are sending new bulbs free of charge.
