Best way of fixing Pinion Angle
Hey y'all,
I'm at ~3 inches of lift with a stock driveshaft and a 1 inch transfer case drop and I'm getting what I assume to be vibes from my rear due to bad pinion angle. From what I've read the diff should be parallel to the transfer case, and right now it's tilted up a bit. What would be the best way of solving this? Shims? Thanks for any input https://cimg2.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.che...45de1873c6.jpg |
Is it a block lift with angled blocks?

Adding degree shims to the spring pack would be a good easy fix.

If you have no vibes then you can be more confident it is the rear shaft or pinion angle causing the vibes. How are the u-joints in the shaft? Any evidence of a balancing weight falling off or something of the sort?
