Default Best diff fluid when adding a locker up front?

gonna put in my Spartan soon, Dana 30, what diff fluid do you guys think is the best? I have a LSD in the Chry 8.25 and the guy at AutoZone tried to sell me like a 90/140...

Fluid recommendation for the Dana 30 locked and the Chry 8.25 LSD both. thanks

best would be whuts recommended weight wise, then go full synthetic, and or change it periodically, you always use the rear diff, not so much on the front though

Valvoline Semi Synth. Blue bottle stuff. You can find it most autozones, Kragens/Orialy, pep boys etc.

That way your getting Great protection, and you can run it with the LSD without additive, and in both diffs. 4 qts will do both.
