Quote: Thanks. Good to know. I started choosing RE 4.5 superflex, after reading the bushing problems and that the company was closed, changed to Iron Rock (besides offers Bilstein shocks in the kit). Now it's time to rethink again.
Please let me know if you have any questions. I'll do my best to help ya get the answers you're after.

Quote: Your 32' tires will fit nicely with a Rubicon express 3.5" kit.

If you plan on running a 33" tire then the 4.5" kit would be needed.
In both of these situations, the recommended tire size Will rub the stock fenders/flares.
And the flares Will be pushed off by the tires.

Unless you do not disconnect either front or rear sway bar, or if you remove the stock flares and cut the fenders, or if you drive a Mall Crawler.

Quote: I recommend RE because it's head and shoulders above the competition. That's why I sell it.

RE is now owned by the same company that owns ProComp and many other brands. RE is still built by may of the same great folks that were there before they closed down.

I've been selling RE products since they became available again and haven't had any issues with their products at all.

Buy RE with confidence.
I do and no actually their factory is now down in LA it was in Sacramento. I got a new lift from them to replace my old one and it just wasn't the same quality so I got Rustys. Call me picky but I don't know. Its all preference I guess. But back on topic, make sure you get either new drive shafts+sye, or a transfercase drop or your blow your seals and ujoints and drop a drive line. Trust me I learned the hard way.

What is the difference between a long are suspension and a regular one? Why is the cost so much different? And what are the advantages of that much more money?

The long arms require fabing and once you go LA its hard to go back to short arm. The long arm mimics factory control arm angles so you get, as stated above, a better ride. Its preference. I'm at a 6.5in Rustys short arm and my XJ rides like hell. Ill be doin a LA to soften up and get better articulation when I can. Look into Rustys I highly recommended them and Rubicon Express, but their stuff is high priced plus you'll need to bug shocks as well.

Yeah pinion and tcase seals and dropped a driveline. It was bad. Shims would help adjust the angle too.

I'm going with an RE 4.5 because i like the complete system and shock choice. I have called them a couple times with questions and an "Eric" was happy to discuss anything and knew part numbers and setup info off the cuff.

My confidence in the product is high and I like the fact you get More lift than advertised. He said it was so that after you load your recovery gear and such, you still have the full lift amount!
