AX-15 Spilt T-Case swap
I have a 95 jeep cherokee with a ax-15 the trans is bad ands locked in 3rd got a good deal on a 88 BA 10-5 with a Split T-Case, I want to know what all ill have to change or nakw to make this work in my current jeep.

It is no longer fully rebuild able the available kit is 700$ and is not a master rebuild kit
It is an internal slave cyclinder yours is external and you will need all of those parts i.e. if your slave goes out you're pulling the whole tranny
You will need a new pilot bearing/bushing for the crank (not sure what size I only know what one to use getting rid of the BA and going to AX15)
It would be a very troublesome conversion to end up with a crap tranny.
