Default Auto to Man engine swap....

I am looking at a Man trans Cherokee with a blown engine. It was hydro locked. My Auto XJ's floors are rusted past the point that I care to repair, even though I have all new floor boards waiting to go in. So I want to swap engines. My question is does the crankshaft on my Auto have a pilot bearing hole already drilled even though it didnt need one for the Auto trans? If it does not, that will scrap that project as I am not breaking the donor engine down to have that done. Thanks for your help...
