I want to run auto daytime LED lights for safety..visibility..(just like fancy new Jeeps)

Only want them on when the engine is running

Dont want to have to remember to turn a switch

So I hooked up a wire to the "fuel pump relay output wire"...this works.

My LED running lights have 6 LED each, but only draw 75ma each for a total of 150ma draw

To my mind, with this low current draw I can run them this way, without any relay, or transistor switch interface,
without loading the fuel pump/relay with low impedance ?

dont know how much current the fuel pump draws
