apn or ebay header???

I ended up going with the apn and I think I may end up getting a new down pipe or get a flex pipe so try to help with cracking ill post up pics when I get it in

I'm running a APN style ebay header on my 98xj. So far it's been great. The key is to replace your motor and trans mounts when installing the header.

I feel like there wouldn't be enough clearance between the header and the downpipe to put a flex pipe in...I guess we'll see once I get it all apart.

Nice, so you just cut a small section out of the downpipe and welded the flex in? I might have to do that.

I also decided that I'm going to get new Brown Dog motor mounts while I'm in there...it wouldn't make sense not to at this point. So probably a next week project.

My motor mounts will be at my door tomorrow, along with a trans mount and some electrical stuff to start building my headlight loom. Saturday: new intake mani, 703 injectors, and the start of a CAI.

Yes it is auto, it's not that bad but it does rattle, a little worse when the AC is on. This is also a dedicated trail rig so it does not bother me that much.

Heres the next question for you guys should I get some heat mates of tape with the reflective coating on it and stick it on the bottom of my intake to try and keep a little heat off of it
