Actually i'm not gonna lift it. I like the look of big tires with little to no lift. I'm gonna go with black rock 997s 15x8 with 3.75" bs and 265 70 15s. That way I get the width of a 31" tire but the height of a 30"

From the research I've done,I keep reading that they will rub big time. I don't really want to trim or get rid of the flares

Is it me or is the hood missing a piece of bracing that would normally go from the middle to the back up the center? You could put a full-width vent on that one...

aww bummer, I was all pumped to see you do a full-width hood vent. anyway, nice lookin Jeep! When I recently bought my green 99 I was really hoping to find a white one - for some reason I'm drawn to them. Almost bought a blue 2dr but the seller was asking way too much and wouldn't bend. With those nice long doors, be sure to keep an eye on those hinge welds!

next in line besides tires and wheels is a flowmaster super 44 exhaust and possibly a soundbar (since i dont have one) to go with my kenwood stereo and kenwood door speakers. my jeep is the base model so it only came with 2 speakers.

current mods or new parts:

new radiator, water pump, hoses, 195 thermostat, thermostat housing, temp sending unit, new plugs, taylor 8.2mm wires, cap & rotor, valve cover, airforce 1 cold air intake, brakes all around, camo seat covers front and rear, kenwood stereo and speakers.

futre mods:

black rock 15x8s, 265 70 tires, flowmaster exhaust, hella bumper mounted lights, and a sparco detachable steering wheel is in the works

My 2 cents: either leave the tire size and suspension stock. Or get a legitimate lift kit. 31 in tires will NOT work without a lift, (unless u cut the hell out of your fenders).
And please dont ruin it with slow masters. Anything but that man... its not gonna sound good. Just remember

More lift= more peoblems

Dont listen to this information..its just wrong.

1st..31s will fit on stock suspension with MINIMAL trimming.
Flowmasters sound is personal opinion
More lift does not necessarily mean more problems..unless you half *** it.

Like I said before,I don't have plans to lift it but I do want to add tires, not 31s
