Alignment
I just went to get my front end aligned after getting a lift on it last week. I was told that I needed a new track bar, tie rob that hooks to pitman arm and tie rod end that hooks to Right front tire. They said there was to much play in them and if they did a front end alignment then it would come out. Is this true?

A lot of alignment shops won't touch your rig if you have worn out parts, so yeah get those replaced.
How big of a lift did you put on? If it's 3" or over, you should have done something about your track bar anyway.

I was not told this at the shop. For the tie rod are both these just ends and is one left hand thread and the other right hand thread?

Then who were you told that by, if not the shop doing your alignment? And answer my question in post #2.
And do you still have stock steering?
I have a feeling you're going to be one of those people that make my head hurt

Got a zone 4.5" lift installed a week ago. The people at the alignment place told me about the parts but i wasn't told by the guys who sold and installed my lift about the track bar needing to get a adjustable one. All steering is stock. Who is the best to get an adjustable track bar?

Your first step is going to be an adjustable track bar. Get a quality one (this does not include Rough Country or Rustys).

I am looking at Iron Rock and was wondering if I needed the double sheer or just the regular adjustable track bar.

FWIW, I like my RE track bar. Its strong, and has plenty of adjustability.
Since you have worn out steering parts, now would be a perfect time to upgrade.

And if you're still running stock steering and your XJ is your daily driver, go ahead and pick up a new steering stabilizer. You don't need anything fancy, just a stock replacement from the auto parts store.
You don't NEED a steering stabilizer but it makes the drive a little bit nicer with one. If EVERY steering/suspension component was brand spanking new, then you probably wouldn't notice a difference with one than you would without one. But that's obviously not the case, which is why I would recommend you keep one. No need for a fancy Old Man Emu brand one or anything though. Unless you're into the whole making your Jeep pretty thing

Right now Ive got it a buddy of mines garage so he can for sure what it needs. Where I took it today I dont trust I just know they do tires and front end alignments. I was going to get a tie rod end for the pitarm and then the drag link and i guess also two more tie rod end for my front tie rod.
