Ive been sitting on the stock control arms with 4.5 inches of lift,I'm putting in adjustable control arms today, should I get the Jeep aligned after? I have a long haul tomorrow and would like to know.

 

Definitely, you need to get an alignment, no question about it.

Alright, well what length should I adjust them too?

 

You should be able to do this yourself if you have some basic tools, such as a tape measure and angle finder. Tape measure for toe, measure the inside of both the front of the front tires and the rear of the from tires. Spec is 1/8-1/16" toe IN.
Caster angle is approx 5-7degress IIRC. Get your lowers to where you want the axle, then use your angle finder (there are apps for phone if you need/want to go that route) and get the uppers to get the axle in that range.
If you take it somewhere, it shouldn't cost anymore than 50$ tho.
