Advice on adding 1.5" lift
I've had 98 XJ for a few years, I replaced both front and rear shocks in 2015. The rear end has been visibly lower than the front the last year (a common problem I've noticed). I planned to just replace the leaf springs but I've always wanted to add a 1.5" or 2" lift but have never gotten around to it. I'm curious how much extra work and money it would be to add a small lift while I'm already replacing the leaf springs anyways as well as whether it's worth it to buy a packaged 1.5" lift kit or just do a budget lift. I do a mild amount of off-roading but mostly a daily driver. Any advice helps, thanks!

This is kinda what I'm looking at, just replacing my current leaf packs and could with Crown Upcountry ones for the ~1 inch factory lift.
Some say it's more like 1.75 inches so I guess it could end up anywhere between just under one inch to almost two inches.

I installed the standard Dorman's. Happy with the product and the quality.
They gave me about 2 inches over factory, but with 1,000 miles they have settled to about 1.5 inches.
