Default adding amber marker lights

I saw a picture a while ago of someone who put amber marker lights in three of the seven grille openings on their xj, I always liked that idea I just can't find the picture to figure out what lights to use or how to go about this, I have virtually no experience with electrical, any tips are appreciated

That's the one I saw originally, I wonder why I couldn't find it, do you have any idea how is wire that up? Can I splice into the existing marker lights by the head lights or do I need to run new wires on a whole new circuit?

Cool idea..

I have a white xj, now I'm thinking of a way to do three clear lens Amber LEDs mounted in the front grill.

You should be able to tap in to the existing marker lights especially of you do an led, my flat fender side makers on my yj are tied in to the main maker wires on the factory harness and so are my rear led license plate lights.

Similar to these

So all I should have to do is run a power splice write into the existing marker lights and then run the other wire as a ground? Sorry I'm just really new to anything electrical

If you want them on all the time.

I was going to get a set of these, and use some VHT nightshade rattle can tint if they ended up being too bright

I am pretty sure I measured, and I remember thinking that they should fit in my 98 XJ grill openings
