So with the new jeep I bought, I have some typical gremlins. The first of which is that 1 of the door lock actuators doesn't work on the one rear door, which I know I'm going to forget to lock from time to time. My area isn't the worst but trust me, if they find a way in they will try and take it. Im just looking for a way to just run a simple toggle switch to the starter but a way thats safe like with an inline fuse or something incase it were to short out or something. Don't really know where to start. I have some 18 or 16 gauge wire laying around and a SPST switch somewhere.

 

Pull the coil wire.

 

Have the best insurance you can afford and don't have to worry if anything happens its covered.My truck isn't ever locked but i clean my guns on my front porch every now and then.

 

Yup mine is insured with S&W with a separate rider through Colt.
