i have a 98 jeep cherokee thats currently on a 4.5 inch lift and 32in tires. im thinking of buying a 3 inch lift to lower it will the 32s work? ive already cut into the fender flares and there seems to be alot of room

Probably. My '98 has a 2" lift (with springs well past their sell-by date) but stock flares (although no front bumper end caps) & runs 31's with no issues.
