i plan on removing the ac compressor and all corresponding parts. i will probably get the doorman pully and replace the clutch fan with an electric fan. i have heard of people not using the pully. correct me if im wrong but wont that affect the timing? any input would be great thanks

 

Nope the only option is the delete pulley, or fab up your own system.

The belt is used only to drive accessories. 4.0Ls use a timing chain.

 

Why not lose the ac and gain on board air?
