93 xj 5 speed swap, Need Some Advice!
I have a 93 jeep cherokee xj 4.0 h.o 148,000.
the transmission started slipping. Its Aw4 with a 231j transfer case ,
my cousin was parting a 95 2 door, I drove it around for a week, ended up getting a good 4.0 H.O with external slave ax-15 and a newer 231 t case for $400.00, pulled it all in one peice

I and the other parts I have
clutch/brake pedal bracket with brake light switch
Slave cylinder with resivor
transmission crossmember
throttle body, cps etc.
Front and rear drive shafts
I have access to anything I need.
as far as I know after all this is installed, all I have to do is ground the neutral safety switch and only start it in neutral? HELP PLEASE!

Go get the PCM too if the CEL bothers you.
In a manual the NSS is replaced by two components, the reverse switch on the transmission and the clutch interlock switch. That's the brake-light-switch lookin thing on top of the clutch pedal. From the factory it's wired in between the ignition switch and the relay in the junction block. I'm not sure how exactly to splice this in to an automatic harness, and I don't think it's worth the effort of changing out all that wiring.
