So a buddy of mine is partying out hos xj n gave me all four doors, now my plan is to make them all half doors any suggestions on how, or where to start?

Thanks, would it be easier if i did the cut the inside of the door n then fold the outer sheet inside n weld?

as long as you can get a nice tight fold line, but that would take one big *** pair of duck bill vise grips
